Authorities are searching for a man accused of fatally shooting another man during an argument late Saturday night in Cypress Station.
According to the Harris County Sheriff’s Office, the incident occurred around 11 p.m. at an apartment near Cypress Station Drive and Hollow Tree Lane.
Deputies reported that the victim was visiting his girlfriend at the apartment, where another man was also present. An argument between the two men quickly escalated into violence, leading to the fatal shooting.
Investigators say the suspect shot the victim before fleeing the scene.
Deputies are interviewing two witnesses who were inside the apartment to determine the relationship between the victim and the suspect, as well as the events that led to the shooting.
Authorities are urging anyone with information about the suspect’s whereabouts to contact law enforcement.
