A Houston man was taken into custody after allegedly exposing himself to employees and customers at a local restaurant.
The incident occurred on March 1, 2025, at the Texas Roadhouse restaurant located in the 17400 block of the North Freeway. Deputies from Harris County Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to a report of indecent exposure at the establishment.
Upon arrival, authorities detained the suspect, identified as Terrin Frazier. According to investigators, Frazier drove up to the front of the restaurant, exposed himself, and engaged in lewd acts in front of both employees and patrons.
Frazier was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail on a charge of indecent exposure. His bond was set at $100 by County Court 5.
Authorities have not released further details regarding the incident.
